The holidays are often filled with sharing, laughter, and memories, but they can also bring stress, disappointment, or sadness. Caregivers may feel overwhelmed by maintaining traditions while providing care and adhering to safety precautions. Julie McMurray of the Alzheimer's Association will provide tips for making the holidays safe and enjoyable for those living with Alzheimer's and their caregivers. This is a special program presented on behalf of Dementia Friendly Charlton and the Alzheimer’s Support Network Caregiver Support Group.  Refreshments will be provided. The Alzheimer's Support Network Caregiver Support Group meets on the third Thursday of every month from 6:00-7:30 at Charlton Public Library.
